Earlier this week, I was watching a Youtube video (The Perfect Autumn Day on Upper East Side... New York), shot on Monday, September 8, 2025. A young lady in the video wearing a pair of wide leg jeans inspired my outfit for September 18, 2025.

I purchased the burgundy high waisted wide leg pants in 2024, researching for my online shop. I like the slacks, however, again- not sure of the sourcing, so these are only samples.

The inspiration was the low rise, wide leg jeans, with more length at the bottom (shown in this video), and I wanted to start transitioning to fall styles.

I am excited to start transitioning into fall styles. No, my slacks are not as wide, long, nor as low as those in the inspiration footage, however they are the widest I have and if this is a trend- I think I am there.
