I decided to wear my Kate Kasin green plaid pencil skirt on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The weather was in the 60s and I had several errands to run.

I paired the skirt with an Ann Taylor tie blouse and blue suede slingbacks.

Though it was too warm for any additional pairings, the photos below show some of the options I tried with the basic outfit.

In September 2020, I ordered three items from Ann Taylor. At the time, they were having a great sale and I was lucky to get the three items for just under $54 (including tax).

I was also lucky, in that two of the items can be worn with the new Kate Kasin green plaid pencil skirt I purchased in August of this year.

Though the skirt was not that expensive, it is lined. The manufacturer suggests it can be washed, however, I think I will have it dry cleaned. I am very pleased with the skirt and hope to get a lot of use out of it.
