I had several errands to run first thing Monday morning. While the temps were in the mid to high 80s most of last week, forecasts predicted cooler weather for Monday, April 20, 2026 so I chose an old Cassidy tweed lined pencil skirt.
Although I was able to get into the size 8 skirt a year ago, I could not button
the waist button, so yesterday morning when I finally achieved this
feat, I was pleased.
I paired the skirt with the bean paste cashmere sweater I found on the Aliexpress site, black suede Aerosoles pumps, and my Jillian Jones sweater jacket.

I recently put new batteries in my Yunmai digital scale so in the near future I will begin weigh ins. For some reason, before now, I only checked how my clothes fit. I am so pleased with my weight loss efforts that I am ready to check other measurements on a regular basis.
