It has been a busy two weeks. In early November, I decided to capture most of my activities, in hopes of creating content for a video. I did, however, decided to only use the content mainly from the Thanksgiving meal preparations.

This is one of my longer videos and one that helped me to decide I really do not have the time to create this type of content on a regular basis. If you have stopped by my Youtube Channel, you will note, I like short videos showing an outfit I chose to wear or try on.
Do you ever wonder if Youtube content creators have editors or are they doing the work themselves? I created several voice overs for this video, and though had no problem with the scripts, had to re-record the voice overs several times before use.
That said, I like doing this type of work, I simply do not have the time. I also like the power Davinci Resolve offers for this type of production effort.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and yes, I thought I did a pretty good job with the Thanksgiving meal. How about the roast beef? I love roast beef sliders on Hawaiian rolls with Heinz 57 sauce.

It seems for the last week, all I have been doing is handling minor business issues, cooking, and trying to find the deals I want for holiday gifts.
I think today, I finished most of the hard work for the Thanksgiving meal. In addition, I also completed most of my holiday gift buying.
This year, again- I went with more practical gifts rather than extravagant.
A gift I wanted this year? The new book by John Grisham, "The Widow ". I have not had the chance to read a good book in awhile.
That said, every Wednesday, The New York Times updates its Hardcover Fiction Best Sellers list and I, in turn update the WiredPages Libraries page to reflect their new listings. (See this post to see how I accomplish this.)

My mother's birthday is in mid November and relatives were in town. Lots to do for both her birthday and Thanksgiving.
On Saturday, another gathering and I decided to wear an old black jumper my
mother gave to me, a brown knit top, long black socks, and my brown clogs.
I have also been thinking about styles for the holidays. Here are options I
am thinking about for Thanksgiving.
Earlier this month, I ordered an inexpensive black faux fur jacket to wear as the outer layer with evening clothes (gowns, cocktail dresses, etc.).
In the description I missed one of the features, it zips- so I wanted to
return it, however, decided to sell it instead.
I do not have a Poshmark account, however, can setup "for sale" listings with
my business PayPal account.
I am still looking for the black fur evening jacket that will work with some of my styles. I think I also want a style with a more sheared fur look. Do you know what I am looking for? Please drop me a line reginadenisethomas at gmail.com.

In preparation for Thanksgiving, I went out yesterday morning in hopes of completing all of the shopping. It was overcast and misting, however, because I had to be home today and tomorrow, chose to get this chore out of the way.
My outfit? Because of the weather, I chose a pair of black velour jeans
(brand: Well Worn), cashmere
sweater, black all weather boots, and the Perry Ellis army green leather
trimmed long jacket.
As you can see from the photos, I also tried other outer layer options,
however, chose the Perry Ellis jacket.
That said, because of the weather, the brown faux fur was actually never an
option.
With the holidays and a birthday, I have been busy. I am getting things done, however, not all is going as smoothly as I would like. Hope your plans are taking shape.

In Maryland, licensed real estate agents must renew their licenses every
2 years. This basically involves taking continuing education courses insuring licensees
are up to date with new and existing laws and remitting the renewal fee.
Yesterday, The CE Shop (a major player in the area of education for real estate agents across the country) sent a 40% off coupon so I decided to enroll in the course package I need to renew my license.

Note, the illustration also shows the courses I took in January 2024 for the April 21, 2024 renewal.
I have six months to complete the courses through The CE Shop, however, MREC requires
completion 30 days prior to the license expiration date of April 21, 2026.
Do you want to ask, "What are you doing with the real estate license?" I am a referral agent and not as much as I would like, however, I wanted the license too much to allow it to lapse.
Because of ongoing legal issues, everything is a potential law suit. So many things can go wrong with a real estate transaction.
I wanted to become a transaction coordinator after I originally obtained the license for this reason. Even though I applied to be a transaction coordinator, the firms would only accept me as an agent. I wanted the hands on experience through the other door which I felt would be legally safer. Today, I research this or that, however, no longer apply for transaction coordinator positions.
Do you think one can be owed too much in terms of monetary relief?

QiSoftware.com servers will be migrated to new servers over the next 24-48 hours. Although I have been assured by my web host that there should be no down time, there normally is with this type of process.
Why is this an FBI post? Sometimes, I think many would be surprised by what happens behind the scenes. I simply like everyone on the same page.

Holidays and a birthday are on tap these days. I had several errands to run yesterday, November 4, 2025.
I chose an easy outfit that included- a black pencil skirt, knit black v-neck blouse, gray wool vest, and black suede Aerosoles.
I also played around with a holiday style, however still thinking about
where I am going with these efforts.

Halloween was quiet, however, seems like a lot is going on in my area. Since I am taking a low key approach to the holiday season this year, maybe I am surprised it is busier in my area than I thought it might be.
